Proration, cancellation, upgrades — how the money side works.
How do credits work?
Credits are charged for what the agent produces — a query, a chart, a dashboard — not per seat or per row. Every plan uses the same price list.

Example: a 10-card dashboard with about 20 queries costs ≈ 8 credits.
What happens when I run out of credits?
The agent finishes the step it is on, then pauses before your next message until you upgrade or your credits renew. There are no overage charges — you are never billed beyond your plan.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Monthly plans reset to their full allowance at each renewal. Yearly plans receive the whole year’s credits up front, so you can use them at your own pace across the year.
What happens when I upgrade?
It takes effect immediately. Stripe charges only the prorated difference for the rest of your current cycle, and your balance resets to the new plan’s full allowance right away. Moving from one yearly plan to a higher yearly plan starts a fresh 12-month cycle.
What happens when I downgrade?
It also takes effect immediately: your balance becomes the new plan’s allowance, and the unused value of your old plan is credited to your account and applied to your next invoices.
Monthly or yearly — what is the difference?
Yearly plans are billed once a year at 20% off and grant the full year’s credits at once. Switching from monthly to yearly is billed like an upgrade; switching from yearly to monthly credits you for the unused time.
How do I cancel?
Any time, from Settings → Plan, which opens your Stripe billing portal. You keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for. After that your account simply becomes a free account — your projects, dashboards and data stay exactly where they are.
What if a payment fails?
Stripe retries the card over the following days and you keep access during a short grace period. Update your payment method from the billing portal and the subscription resumes without any action on our side.
How does Team billing work?
Team is $45 per seat per month with a two-seat minimum. Credits are pooled across the workspace — 2,000 per seat. Adding a seat mid-cycle charges only the prorated price and adds the prorated credits immediately.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or students?
Yes — registered non-profits, NGOs and students get 50% off any plan. Contact us from your organisation or school email and we will apply it to your account.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. You get a monthly allowance of free credits with no card required, and every data source and core analysis feature is included.
